Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2-year warranty on our Philips Appliances through MRM Traders.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges only under the following conditions:

If the product is damaged during shipping or arrives in a defective condition.
The exchange request must be made within 10 days of receiving the product (please specify the timeframe).
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

No Refund & No Exchange Policy

If the customer receives the product in good condition without any visible damage or defect, no refund or exchange will be allowed.
Claims for damage or defects must be supported by clear evidence, such as photos or videos, at the time of receiving the package.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

In cases where a refund is approved, the process takes 5-7 working days.
A 3.5% banking charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
